Description
This source code receives historical time series of climatic indicator (e.g., wind speed, solar irradiation) and renewable power output (e.g., wind power, photovoltaic power), as well as the climatic forecast in a time horizon for a renewable stochastic generating unit (e.g., a wind farm, a photovoltaic generating unit) from user. The fuzzy-ARIMA approach as a multivariate model forecasts the renewable power as a function of climatic indicator, and generates three uncertainty models: i) single-point forecasts, ii) scenarios, and iii) confidence bounds for a chosen time horizon.
